**Shift Change of Operator**


  * Outgoing Operator briefs incoming Operator on the experiment plan and rules as set forth by the principal investigator for the experiment.

  * Outgoing Operator hands over Direct Reading Dosimeter to incoming Operator.

  * Incoming Operator modifies the logger Header File on the control computer (use the Accelerator Header button to start the web browser).

  * Remember to enter operator name and current DRD accumulated dose.  

  * To get the accumulated dose on the yellow DRD, press the mode button (look for the mR units instead of the usual mR/hr).

  * Incoming Operator reviews the Electronic Logbook for recent notes pertaining to operations.
