====== Over Voltage Trip ======
===== Indication: =====

The TPS OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION "TRIPPED" red light will be on, the CHARGING CONTROLLER "DEFAULT" red light will be on, and the GVM will be at around 0.1 MV.

===== To Recover: =====

  - Confirm that you were using the correct value on the TERMINAL VOLTAGE dial.
  - Set the CONTROL GAIN to zero.
  - Set the TERMINAL VOLTAGE dial to zero.
  - Lower the CHARGING VOLTAGE dial to 0.10
  - Press the OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION "RESET" button.  Both red lights will go out.
  - Switch OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION to "DISABLE".
  - Repeat the Accelerator Startup procedure.
